Building More
Than Properties

The Chestertons International Foundation (CIF) was established in 2019 to address poverty, homelessness, and social disadvantage globally. With nearly £1 million committed over five years, CIF builds sustainable partnerships that deliver long-term community impact.

Foundation Commitments

CIF focuses on social mobility by helping meet essential needs including shelter, healthcare, and education — helping vulnerable individuals move from crisis into long-term stability and resilience.

Community Partnerships

In London, CIF has supported homelessness charities including St Mungo's and The Passage — through funding, volunteering, and structured rehabilitation programmes reaching hundreds of individuals.

Global Impact Initiative

Launched in 2024, CIF expanded across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas — partnering with IMET2000 and Spotlight on Africa on medical access, sight restoration, clean water, and education.
